At the steel production plant of “EL METAL PLUS” CJSC, steel is produced from scrap metal and further processed into semi-finished products, billets, and construction rebar.
The steel production plant of “EL METAL PLUS” CJSC consists of a steel melting workshop, a rolled rebar production workshop, a mechanical repair workshop, a scrap metal processing area, and a modern substation. The plant’s production capacity is 7,000–10,000 tons per month and 84,000–120,000 tons per year.

Production process
- The company’s main products are A500C rebar manufactured in accordance with the DÜİST 34028-2016 standard and B500C rebar manufactured in accordance with the EN 10080-2005 standard. Rebar sizes include Ø10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 25, 28, and 32 mm, with a length of L=12 m.
